Korean Research Institute for Vocational Education and Training Successfully Completes Ministry of Employment and Labor's Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project
The Korea Employment Development Institute announced on the 16th that it was selected as an operating agency for the ‘Future Tomorrow Work Experience Support Project’ implemented by the Ministry of Employment and Labor in August last year, and successfully completed the project by January with a completion rate of about 90%.
The Korea Employment Development Institute achieved its initial goal of 100 participants within two months of the project’s launch and was allocated an additional 50 participants, connecting a total of 153 individuals.
A representative from the Korea Employment Development Institute explained, “We provided quality work experience opportunities to young people in need of employment support to facilitate smooth entry into the labor market, and recommended outstanding talents who completed pre-job-related training to companies in need of new personnel, thereby alleviating their labor cost burden.”
Having successfully completed this project, the Korea Employment Development Institute received an A grade in performance evaluation. As a result, it was selected as a priority institution for this project this year and plans to expand its operations by adding accounting and IT fields to the two fields of management office and marketing operated last year.
This year’s project is scheduled to start in March, and through the expansion of various job fields, it aims to provide work experience opportunities to 500 young people and contribute to the revitalization of the employment market.

Meanwhile, the Korea Employment Development Institute was recognized for its contribution to job creation by receiving multiple awards last year, including the Seoul Mayor’s Award, the Korea Economic Cooperation Small and Medium Business Cooperation Center Commendation, the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry Corporate Innovation Award, and the Ministry of Employment and Labor Commendation in the National Employment Support category, and was selected as a youth-friendly small and strong enterprise this year.
