Yeongdeungpo-gu (District Mayor Choi Ho-kwon) announced that it will operate the 'Yeongdeungpo Youth Instructor Bootcamp - RunByRun,' a youth instructor training program, from March to May for young people aspiring to become instructors.
This program is a newly launched project this year aimed at encouraging social participation among Yeongdeungpo-gu youth and providing a foundation for their advancement into the local community.
The 'RunByRun' project consists of various trainings necessary to strengthen instructor capabilities, including ▲basic instructor knowledge ▲lecture techniques ▲content planning and structuring methods ▲speech techniques, and is completely free of charge.
Additionally, based on the process from lecture planning to practical application, 1:1 customized consulting will be provided.
Any youth aged 19 to 39 interested in planning and conducting lecture content can apply, with preference given to residents of Yeongdeungpo-gu during the selection process.
The application period is until March 3. Applicants can download the application form from the Yeongdeungpo-gu website, fill it out, and submit it via email. The district will announce the successful candidates who pass the document screening in March, and after interviews, select the 'final 20 participants.'
The training will be conducted over approximately two months from March 12 to May 21. After completing the training course, a performance sharing session and speech contest will be held to provide a communication platform for networking among prospective youth instructors. Furthermore, outstanding contestants in the competition will be given the opportunity to debut as actual instructors.
