Yangbong Association Gwangyang Branch Holds Honey Sharing Event
Donation of 61 Bottles of Honey to Sarangnanum Welfare Foundation
The Gwangyang Branch of the Korea Beekeeping Association held a donation event on the 13th, donating Gwangyang-produced honey to the Gwangyang City Love Sharing Welfare Foundation.
This event was organized to help neighbors in need through sharing high-quality honey produced in Gwangyang, while also promoting the excellence of Gwangyang honey.
The Korea Beekeeping Association donated 61 bottles of honey worth 3.6 million KRW to the Gwangyang City Love Sharing Welfare Foundation, and the donated honey will be provided as consolation items to neighbors in need within the local community.
Jung Su-yong, president of the Gwangyang Branch of the Korea Beekeeping Association, said, “I hope that through this event, neighbors in need will be able to taste the high-quality honey produced in our region,” adding, “We will continue to hold such events frequently to widely promote the excellence of Gwangyang honey.”
