However, in the morning, the central region and southern inland areas will experience low temperatures around -5 degrees Celsius. Temperatures will drop below -10 degrees Celsius, especially in the Gangwon mountain areas where a cold wave warning has been issued, making it very cold.

From dawn to morning on the 9th, dense fog is expected mainly in the southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, and Jeolla inland areas, so it is advisable to be cautious about traffic safety on the way home for the holidays.
Fine dust levels are expected to be 'bad' in southern Gyeonggi, Chungcheong, Jeonbuk, Daegu, and Gyeongbuk, while other regions will have 'moderate' levels.
Seoul, Incheon, and northern Gyeonggi will temporarily experience 'bad' levels in the morning.
Sea waves will be 0.5 to 1.5 meters in the East Sea coastal waters, 0.5 meters in the West Sea coastal waters, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the South Sea coastal waters.
Wave heights in the offshore waters (about 200 km from the coastline) are expected to be 0.5 to 2.0 meters in the East and South Seas, and 0.5 to 1.0 meters in the West Sea.
