Sunchon National University College of Pharmacy, 100% Pass Rate on Pharmacist National Exam
All 34 Graduating Students Passed
98.8% Pass Rate Since 2015
Suncheon National University (President Lee Byung-woon) announced that all 34 expected graduates from the College of Pharmacy who took the 2024 ‘75th Pharmacist National Examination’ held on the 19th of last month passed the exam.
Established in 2011, the College of Pharmacy at the National Suncheon University has produced graduates since 2015. Including this year’s expected graduates, a total of 337 candidates have taken the pharmacist exam, with 333 passing so far, achieving a high pass rate of over 98.8%.
Graduates of the College of Pharmacy who have obtained pharmacist licenses are actively working as pharmacists nationwide in university hospitals, pharmaceutical companies, and local pharmacies.
The Suncheon National University College of Pharmacy Alumni Association visits the school annually at the end of the year to hold a ‘Homecoming Day’ event and provides scholarships and academic encouragement supplies for juniors.
Dean Baek Man-jung of the College of Pharmacy at Suncheon National University said, “We are very pleased to have achieved valuable results through the passionate education of our professors and the tireless efforts of our students,” adding, “As an excellent educational institution that received a 5-year accreditation in the 2022 pharmacy education evaluation and certification, we will continue to nurture outstanding pharmacy talents who contribute to the local community.”
