Daesang Donates Lunar New Year Gift Sets Worth 120 Million KRW to Vulnerable Groups
2800 Cheongjeongwon Sets Donated to Households in Jongno-gu and Dongdaemun-gu
Daesang announced on the 6th that it donated Cheongjeongwon Seol gift sets worth 120 million won to vulnerable groups in Jongno-gu and Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, in celebration of the Lunar New Year.

The Cheongjeongwon Seol gift sets consist of 1,400 units each of 'Cheongjeongwon Jeongseonggadeuk No. 2,' which includes useful holiday items such as canola oil, brewed soy sauce, fine sea salt, and It's Farm products, and 'Cheongjeongwon Jeongseonggadeuk No. 5,' which contains beef rib marinade, traditional brown rice vinegar, and ginger plum flavored cooking wine. These products will be sequentially delivered to vulnerable households in Jongno-gu and Dongdaemun-gu before the Lunar New Year holiday.
Since 2010, Daesang has been supporting local governments with Seol gift sets for vulnerable groups for 13 years. It also conducts social contribution activities linked with the local community, such as holding a 'Love Sharing Bazaar' with local residents. In 2021, after relocating its headquarters to Inui-dong, Jongno-gu, Seoul, it donated Jongga kimchi sets worth 35 million won to Jongno-gu.
