Although the donation target was reached early, just one month into the campaign, individuals, villages, organizations, and companies throughout the region continued to practice a culture of sharing, raising the temperature of love to 180 degrees by the campaign’s conclusion.
County Governor Kim Gwang-yeol expressed his gratitude, saying, “Interest and action toward our neighbors are the driving force that realizes the value of the local community and the ideals of a resident-led autonomous district. Confirming the love for the region and neighbors once again through the participation of many people was a valuable experience that measures Yeongdeok-gun’s strength and potential.”
