'Osan City Hall Plaza to Host "Direct Market for Agricultural Specialties" from Next Month 1 to 3'
Sale of Specialty Products from Sister Cities Including Sokcho, Suncheon, Yeongdong, and Jindo
Osan City in Gyeonggi Province will hold a 'Direct Trade Market for Agricultural Specialties' at the city hall square for three days from February 1 to 3 ahead of the Lunar New Year holiday.
This direct trade market will feature 16 companies, including those recommended by Sokcho City in Gangwon Province, Suncheon City and Jindo County in Jeollanam-do, Yeongdong County in Chungcheongbuk-do, which have sister city relationships with Osan, as well as local companies, showcasing a variety of regional specialties.
Yeongdong County will sell grapes, dried persimmons, and fruit jams; Sokcho City will offer salted seafood, pollack gangjeong, and dried fish; Jindo County will have abalone, shrimp jang, seaweed, turmeric, and semi-dried fish; Suncheon City will sell glasswort, black goat extract, traditional sauces, plum pickles, and flower tea. Local companies in Osan will sell Sema rice and traditional liquor.
