View original imageISO 37001 is an international standard designed to prevent corruption-related risks that may arise in corporate activities. It is a management system that prevents and supervises corrupt practices such as bribery between employees or third parties, embezzlement, and irregularities in personnel recruitment.
The British Standards Institution, founded in 1901, is a royal organization in the UK that was the first in the world to establish international standards and founded organizations such as the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), the International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC), and the European Committee for Standardization (CEN).
The company explained that this certification is meaningful as it recognizes the company-wide efforts made to establish a global-level anti-corruption system. SK Materials has strengthened the transparency of its corporate governance by establishing an ethics management organization directly under the board of directors and building fair trade and risk prevention systems for each subsidiary.
