Gwangju Dong-gu, Chungjang-dong, Selects 2 New Kind Stores
The Community Security Council of Chungjang-dong, Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, recently announced on the 23rd that they visited two establishments, 'Chogajip' and 'Kimnaetgwa,' which were selected as Good Stores in the area, to present them with Good Store plaques.
'Good Store' refers to businesses that regularly donate at least 30,000 KRW monthly to share love with neighbors in need. Donors receive benefits such as a Love Good Store plaque and income tax deductions during year-end tax settlements from the National Tax Service. The donations are used for various projects aimed at eliminating welfare blind spots and supporting low-income neighbors in need of care within the community.
Chairman Seon Jong-cheol expressed, "Despite the economic downturn, I am grateful to the business owners who have participated in spreading the culture of donation," adding, "We will carefully deliver this warm heart to our neighbors."
