The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Talent Development Institute (Director Cheon Seon-mi) and the Gangwon Special Self-Governing Province Public Officials Training Institute (Director Choi Seung-geuk) announced on the 22nd that they signed an educational cooperation agreement at the St. John's Hotel in Gangneung.
