Junggi Joonganghoe Offers Free Online Training on 'SME ESG Supply Chain Response'
The Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business (Chairman Kim Ki-moon), together with the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute (President Choi Heung-jin), announced that starting from the 15th, they will offer an advanced online free course titled 'SME ESG Response Strategy 2.0' for SME executives and employees who find it difficult to implement ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) management.
This training is a follow-up and advanced course to the 'SME ESG Response Strategy' online free education launched by the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business in November 2021. It was established to strengthen practical ESG management capabilities so that SME executives and employees can understand the rapidly changing global ESG trends and appropriately respond to supply chain due diligence requirements.
'SME ESG Response Strategy 2.0' consists of a total of 8 sessions, including ▲Climate Change and ESG Disclosure ▲Supply Chain ESG and Conflict Minerals Management ▲Environmental Management ▲Carbon Neutrality ▲Human Rights Management ▲Safety Management ▲Ethical Management ▲Excellent Cases of SME ESG and Sustainable Management Reports.
This course is jointly developed and operated by the two organizations under the 'Business Agreement for Supporting SME ESG Management' signed in July last year between the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business and the Korea Environmental Industry & Technology Institute, and can be viewed anytime on the Korea Federation of Small and Medium Business ESG website and the Environmental Responsibility Investment Comprehensive Platform.
