On the 12th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam held an emergency meeting of the rapid response team regarding the commencement of the workout of Taeyoung Construction by the Financial Creditors' Council, and discussed proactive measures to prevent damage to Taeyoung Construction sites within the city.

View original imageAt the emergency meeting, they identified potential issues that could arise at each site due to the commencement of Taeyoung Construction's workout and discussed countermeasures. They agreed to strengthen on-site monitoring to prevent damage to subcontractors and actively respond to any changes in the situation while checking the progress of the projects.
As a result of inspecting the current status of the sites under construction by Taeyoung Construction within the city, it was analyzed that the Desiang apartment complex (1,000 units, 65% completion rate) in Bukmyeon Gamgye, Uichang-gu is currently undergoing interior and exterior finishing work, and timely completion of the construction is expected.
For the redevelopment project in the Jasan district of Masanhappo-gu (1,250 units, not yet started), alternative measures will be considered depending on further changes in the situation, and for the self-sufficient complex administrative town development project in Hoeseong-dong, Masanhoewon-gu (12% completion rate), plans are in place to normalize the project promptly through consultations with the PF creditor group.
