Gyeongnam Nonghyup held the '2024 Major Business Plan Report Meeting' on the 10th at the Gyeongnam Headquarters conference room.
Employees of the Gyeongnam Headquarters and heads of city and county branches attended, setting the business direction for 2024 and pledging to practice ethical management.

At the meeting, key tasks were reported, including ▲the role of urban Nonghyup and strengthening win-win cooperation between systems ▲expanding the stable supply of farming labor ▲strengthening mutual finance risk management ▲enhancing economic projects to increase benefits for farmers, and all employees pledged to practice the ‘3行 3無’.
Among the ‘3行 3無’, the 3 行 (actions) are integrity, communication, and consideration, and the 3 無 (no's) are the eradication of accidents, abuse of power, and sexual harassment. Starting with this pledge, various integrity activities such as expanding employee education, strengthening inspection activities, and sharing best practices will be carried out.
