Seongbuk-gu Food Waste Disposal Contractor Pam Yangju Donates 5 Million Won
Farm Yangju-ga (CEO Gong Jong-geun), a food waste disposal company in Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seung-ro), visited the district office on the 9th and donated 5 million won to share warm affection with elderly living alone and low-income marginalized groups.
Farm Yangju-ga, a waste disposal company located in Yangju-si, Gyeonggi-do, has been transporting food waste discharged from households and restaurants in Seongbuk-gu since 2020, composting it to contribute to waste reduction and resource circulation.
Gong Jong-geun, CEO of Farm Yangju-ga, said, "I hope that even a small act of sharing can help create a warm local community, and I want to continue various community contribution activities while communicating with Seongbuk-gu in the future."
