The model house of GS Construction’s ‘Yeongtong Station Xi Praciel,’ which possesses all the key factors that determine real estate value?from excellent location to future value and marketability?has been bustling with prospective buyers. Subscriptions start with special supply on Monday, January 8, followed by first priority on Tuesday, January 9, and second priority on Wednesday, January 10. As it is a non-regulated area, those aged 19 or older residing in the metropolitan area can apply even if they own a house. Winners are selected by lottery: 60% for units under 85㎡ and 100% for units over 85㎡. The resale restriction period is six months.

The model house is located near Dongcheon Station in Dongcheon-dong, Suji-gu, Yongin-si, and move-in is scheduled for the second half of 2026.
