LG Uplus Invests 10 Billion KRW in FortyTwoMaru for "B2B Business Collaboration"
LG Uplus announced on the 7th that it has made a 10 billion KRW investment in AI-specialized startup FortyTwoMaru and signed a business cooperation agreement.
This investment is the first since CEO Hwang Hyun-sik's reappointment. LG Uplus plans to accelerate the strengthening of new business capabilities such as platforms, AI, and data by expanding strategic investments and collaborations with tech companies this year.

LG Uplus will jointly conduct AI technology research and development with FortyTwoMaru to advance AI solutions and launch new services. Additionally, they plan to enhance B2B competitiveness by collaborating throughout the entire process from order acquisition to construction and operation in the B2B business.
