Jindo-gun Selected as an Excellent Institution for Proposal Activation in Jeollanam-do in 2023

Highly Praised Compilation of 3-Year Adoption Proposals "Jindo-gun Sangsangnarae+" Production

Jindo County, Jeollanam-do (Governor Kim Hee-su) has been selected as an excellent institution for the activation of the proposal system in 2023, hosted by Jeollanam-do.

According to the county on the 4th, the selection of excellent institutions for the activation of the proposal system evaluates five items including △proposal adoption rate △implementation rate △excellent cases of proposal activation to promote the activation of the proposal system and the discovery of creative ideas targeting 22 cities and counties in Jeollanam-do.

Jindo County updated the contents and implementation status of proposals adopted over the past three years and produced and distributed a proposal collection book titled ‘Jindo County Imagination Wings＋’.

In particular, during the promotion of the ‘2023 Jindo County Government Development Proposal Contest,’ various efforts to activate the proposal system, such as strengthening the objectivity and expertise of the evaluation by involving external experts in each field, received high evaluation, earning the honor of being selected as an excellent institution.

Additionally, the county received 456 proposals through the National Sinmungo (National Proposal) and the Government Development Proposal Contest, adopted 26 proposals, and awarded 19 excellent proposals.

An official from the county’s Planning and Public Relations Office said, “We will continue to actively reflect the opinions of residents in the county administration to ensure that proposals can be realized,” and added, “We will do our best to systematically manage the proposal system, communicate with employees, and increase the implementation rate and activation of proposals.”
