Neowiz Donates Entire Prize Money from 'Korea Game Awards' to Game Culture Foundation
Neowiz announced on the 28th that it has donated the entire prize money received at the '2023 Korea Game Awards' to the Game Culture Foundation.
The donation amount is a total of 15 million KRW, which Neowiz received as the grand prize for its developed game 'P-ui Geojit (Lies of P)' at the 2023 Korea Game Awards. The donation will be used as scholarships for students at the Game Talent Academy. Previously, Neowiz signed a tripartite scholarship sponsorship agreement with the Korea Creative Content Agency and the Game Culture Foundation.
A Neowiz representative said, "We hope this donation will help nurture key talents who will lead the Korean game industry, even if just a little," and added, "We hope many new and innovative games that will impress global gamers will come out of Korea in the future."

Meanwhile, Neowiz's self-developed Lies of P received a total of six awards at the '2023 Korea Game Awards' held last November, including the grand prize, the President's Award, as well as awards in the technology creation category for planning and scenario, sound, graphics, popular game, and outstanding developer.
