Changwon Special City Awards Best Dream Team for Contributions to Organizational Culture Improvement
On the 26th, Changwon Special City in Gyeongnam selected nine departments that contributed to performance improvement and organizational culture enhancement to achieve the city administration goal of ‘Ilsacheonri’ as the Best Dream Teams for the second half of the year and awarded them at the Mayor’s Office, First Deputy Mayor’s Room.
The Best Dream Teams for the second half of the year include ▲Grand Prize (1 team) Sports Promotion Division, Culture, Tourism and Sports Bureau ▲Excellence Award (3 teams) Health Administration Division, Masan Health Center; Pallyong-dong, Uichang-gu; Administrative Division, Masanhappo-gu ▲Encouragement Award (5 teams) Youth Policy Officer, New Transportation Promotion Team, Transportation and Construction Bureau; Climate and Air Quality Division, Climate and Environment Bureau; Changwon Water Supply Center, Waterworks Office; Jaeun-dong, Jinhae-gu.
The Sports Promotion Division, selected as the Grand Prize winner, was highly evaluated for significantly enhancing the image of a leading sports city through the successful hosting of various international sports competitions throughout the year, as well as encouraging healthy leisure activities by establishing and intensively operating a park golf course, the center of silver sports.
In addition, various departments showed efforts to achieve diverse city administration outcomes, such as the Health Administration Division of Masan Health Center, which raised the city’s status through numerous awards from health project evaluation institutions; Pallyong-dong, Uichang-gu, which actively promoted various long-standing projects to improve resident welfare; and the Administrative Division of Masanhappo-gu, which carried out three major projects to normalize urban functions through interdepartmental collaboration.
