Seongbuk-gu, Seoul (Mayor Lee Seung-ro) has opened the Our Neighborhood Care Center Seongbuk Branch No. 12 on the 2nd and 3rd floors of the Sori Village Center in Gireum-dong.
Located in Gireum 1-dong, Branch No. 12 covers a total floor area of 196㎡ (59 pyeong). This area has the highest number of children in Seongbuk-gu, and it is expected to help meet the demand for elementary school after-school care.

Currently, Seongbuk-gu operates a total of 12 Our Neighborhood Care Centers, including integrated types, and with the municipal base-type care center, a total of 13 centers are operated within the district.
To establish Branch No. 12, Seongbuk-gu selected the vacant space within the Sori Village Center through the Seoul City space confirmation review in March, and has devoted nearly a year to design, remodeling, and selecting the entrusted institution. The opening ceremony was held on the 20th.
