A man in his 30s with foreign nationality was arrested by the police for sexually harassing three minors on the street.
Seoul Hyehwa Police Station announced on the 25th that they have arrested Mr. A, a man in his 30s, in flagrante delicto and are currently investigating him.
Mr. A is accused of forcibly touching the bodies of three teenage girls walking on the street in Jongno-gu, Seoul, on the afternoon of the 22nd. According to the police investigation, Mr. A stated that "he committed the crime impulsively while intoxicated."
