From dawn to morning tomorrow, there will be occasional snowfall in the inland and mountainous areas of Gangwon. The expected snowfall accumulation is less than 1 cm. In eastern Gyeonggi, there may be light snow flurries with less than 0.1 cm accumulation. In areas where snow has accumulated, melted snow during the day may refreeze overnight, creating icy roads or black ice. The Korea Meteorological Administration advises caution for safe driving and walking on the way to work, especially on low-lying side roads, alleys, sloped roads, and shaded roads where ice may form due to low temperatures.
Strong winds are expected mainly in the Yeongdong region of Gangwon and the Gyeongbuk area, with gusts exceeding 55 km/h, and up to 70 km/h in mountainous areas.
