Japanese Shiseido Acquires US Cosmetics Company DDG for Approximately 580 Billion Won
Japanese cosmetics company Shiseido is acquiring the American company DDG Skincare Holdings, which owns the cosmetics brand 'Dr. Gross Skincare.'
According to reports from Kyodo News and Nihon Keizai Shimbun on the 23rd (local time), the acquisition amount is $450 million (approximately 586.4 billion KRW), and Shiseido plans to acquire all shares of DDG Skincare Holdings through its local subsidiary in the U.S. between January and March next year.
