AI Cloud Transcription App 'KeepTalk', Fully Free for Individual Users
B2B Function Expansion
Newploy (CEO Jin-Yong Kim) announced on the 22nd that it will make the personal user features of its AI call log storage and management automation app, 'KeepTalk,' completely free of charge.
KeepTalk has been offering a monthly subscription-based call record management service as a standard model for individual users. However, with this full free release, users can now use features such as ▲cloud storage of call records ▲callback reminder for scheduling and management ▲advertisement call identification and spam blocking without any charges, except for the automatic generation and text conversion of transcripts.
Launched officially last October, KeepTalk is a service that safely stores and manages call records including call logs, notes, and recording files based on cloud automatic synchronization. Notably, it features an AI call analysis management system that analyzes calls in real-time in about 50 global languages and converts voice recordings into text.
Currently, KeepTalk has surpassed 1 million cumulative call records managed within just two months of operation, and it is gaining popularity in Asia, with over 50% of its total users located in countries such as India, Indonesia, and Mongolia, as well as in Korea.
Newploy is advancing the sophistication of KeepTalk to expand its business scope and plans to launch a B2B specialized product by the first quarter of next year, equipped with features that maximize group work efficiency such as ▲team permission management ▲AI automatic transcript creation ▲automatic organization and storage of texts and emails.
