Goryeong-gun, Gyeongbuk Province (Governor Lee Nam-chul) selected eight companies as the ‘2023 Goryeong-gun Star Companies and Outstanding Entrepreneurs’ and held an award ceremony on the 20th at the Ureuk Room in the county office.
The county discovers and awards star companies and outstanding entrepreneurs every year to boost the pride of companies and entrepreneurs who have contributed to the development of the local economy and society. This year, four companies?Dongbang Aluminum, Youngjin Casting, Haewon Industry, and Chammifood?were selected as star companies; one company, IP Tech, was selected as an excellent investment company; and three representatives from Munhwa Industry, Yujin Tech, and Boseong Export Packaging were selected as outstanding entrepreneurs.
The selected companies will be supported to grow further through preferential support for working capital for small and medium enterprises, priority recommendation for various SME support projects, and implementation of support programs.
