Gwangsan-gu Facilities Management Corporation's 'Warm Dawn' Event for Labor-Management Harmony
The Gwangsan-gu Facilities Management Corporation in Gwangju Metropolitan City announced on the 21st that it held a 'Warm Dawn Event' the previous day to promote labor-management harmony and resolve conflicts with environmental staff.
The event was organized to provide a time for communication by having the corporation's environmental staff gather in the break room before starting work to eat snacks such as fish cakes.
As a signal to restore labor-management relations, it received a strong response from employees despite the heavy snow warning and subzero temperatures.
A corporation official stated, "We will plan various labor-management empathy events in the future and establish reasonable standards that employees can trust to restore labor-management relations, and strive to become a trusted corporation through change and innovation."
