Netmarble Sharing DAY is a social contribution event involving all employees of Netmarble Company, which started in 2016 as the ‘Netmarble Bazaar.’ After being suspended for the past three years due to COVID-19, this event was held for the first time in four years, with participation from Netmarble Company as well as Coway employees.
At the goods sharing event, a bazaar was held with about 1,300 items donated by employees. The Netmarble Cultural Foundation plans to donate an amount equal to the proceeds to promote welfare in the local community.
In the talent sharing section, participation and experiential booths were operated through employees’ talent donations. Programs such as ‘Drip Bag Making,’ ‘Dot Caricature,’ ‘Pipe Cleaner Doll Keyring Making,’ ‘Upcycling Making,’ and ‘Rowing Demonstration and Rowing Machine Experience by the Netmarble Disabled Athletes Team’ were conducted.
At the heart sharing event, ‘Awards for Outstanding Donors and Volunteers’ and awards for the Netmarble Disabled Athletes Team were presented. The Shoulder-to-Shoulder Bookstore popup store published by the Netmarble Cultural Foundation introduced picture books about the meaning of diversity and coexistence and operated a photo zone.
In addition, performances by the ‘Coway Mulbit Sound Choir,’ a choir for the visually impaired founded by Coway in 2022, and ‘HandSpeak,’ a performance group composed of hearing-impaired artists, were held on site.
