Three-Vehicle Collision Involving Passenger Car and Trailer on Daegu-Busan Expressway at Miryang Bridge... 3 Casualties
A three-vehicle collision occurred on the Miryang Bridge of the Daegu-Busan Expressway in Miryang-si, Gyeongnam.

At around 9:42 PM on the 18th, a passenger car and two 25-ton trailers collided consecutively on the Daegu-Busan Expressway near the Miryang Bridge in Miryang-si, Gyeongnam, heading towards Daegu.
According to the Gyeongnam Fire Headquarters on the 19th, a trailer collided with the rear of the passenger car ahead, and another trailer then crashed into that trailer.
As a result of the accident, the trailer driver, Mr. A in his 40s, was transported to the hospital in cardiac arrest but passed away.
The passenger car driver and a passenger, both in their 20s, are receiving treatment for multiple fractures at different hospitals.
At the scene, 18 personnel including firefighters and 13 pieces of equipment were deployed to manage the accident site.

The police and fire authorities are investigating the exact circumstances of the accident based on statements from the drivers and witnesses, as well as vehicle black box footage.
