Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, attended the 'Seoul Metropolitan City Semi-Industrial Area Management Innovation Policy Discussion' held at Yeongdeungpo Art Hall on the afternoon of the 18th.
The discussion was hosted by the Southwest Region Semi-Industrial Area Development Forum, with about 500 participants including Choi Ho-kwon, Mayor of Yeongdeungpo District, Jo Nam-jun, Director of Seoul City Urban Planning Bureau, city council members, experts, and local residents.
The discussants talked about easing various regulations such as floor area ratio relaxation for residential redevelopment projects in semi-industrial areas, forming a consensus on improving management measures for semi-industrial areas in response to rapidly changing industrial structures.
