Former People Power Party leader Lee Jun-seok and Hope of Korea leader Yang Hyang-ja are continuing their close cooperation, raising expectations that they might join forces in the 'third zone.'
According to the Yeouido Reconstruction Union YouTube channel on the 17th, the two held a four-hour dialogue during a live broadcast on the previous evening. They discussed semiconductor issues, a specialty of Yang Hyang-ja, as well as recent current affairs. This meeting was arranged just four days after their last encounter on the 12th. The broadcast featuring their discussion recorded over 6,000 simultaneous viewers, and the Yeouido Reconstruction Union also directly released a press statement titled "Lee Jun-seok and Yang Hyang-ja Join Forces" on the same day.

Leader Yang described former leader Lee as "a fellow engineering graduate and comrade in political innovation." She added, "A four-hour discussion with a politician who values future preparation did not feel long," and expressed hope that "in the future, we will sincerely and professionally create a roadmap for the future of Korean politics and economy together."
Former leader Lee said, "She started as Miss Yang and has been reborn as Yang Hyang-ja," and noted, "She has a distinctly different story compared to heroes like Samsung Electronics Chairman Lee Kun-hee, Jin Dae-je, Hwang Chang-gyu, and Kwon Oh-hyun."
While Geum Tae-seop, head of the New Choice party formation committee, and former Justice Party members including Representative Ryu Ho-jeong are holding a joint founding convention for the 'Third Power' on the same day, former leader Lee Jun-seok and leader Yang Hyang-ja have been meeting repeatedly within days, forming a close atmosphere. For former leader Lee, who is also preparing to establish a new party, Yang, a current lawmaker with a centrist inclination, is considered a strong incentive to collaborate.
