U-20 Women's Asian Cup Grouped with Australia, Taiwan, Uzbekistan... Avoiding Japan, North Korea, China
Our national team, participating in the 2024 Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-20 (under 20) Women's Asian Cup, has been placed in Group A along with the host country Uzbekistan, Australia, and Taiwan.
The group draw took place on the 15th at the AFC House in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. Fortunately, we avoided facing Asia's strongest team Japan, ranked 8th in the December FIFA rankings, as well as the challenging North Korea (9th) and the traditional powerhouse China (19th).

However, Australia, ranked 12th in the FIFA rankings and the third highest among AFC member countries, is a team we must prepare for thoroughly. South Korea's FIFA ranking is 20th.
