TestTech Donates to Chungju Seongsim School... "Continuing Active Social Engagement"
Testech, a semiconductor package substrate testing specialist company, announced on the 15th that it has donated funds to Chungju Seongsim School, a Catholic special school for the hearing impaired.
The donation ceremony took place the day before in the principal's office of Chungju Seongsim School. The donated funds will be used for meal support during the vacation period and for repairing school facilities.
Testech signed a sisterhood agreement with Chungju Seongsim School last September and has been operating various corporate experience activities. So far, it has hired about 11 deaf individuals, providing customized jobs and continuously creating jobs in the local community.
A Testech representative stated, “Starting with this donation, we will generously support Chungju Seongsim School. We will provide students with various job experience programs and establish a specialized education system for the deaf, growing into a company that fulfills its social responsibilities.”

Meanwhile, Testech plans to hire Chungju Seongsim School graduates as full-time employees. By having existing deaf employees train new deaf hires, the company aims to foster understanding and empathy among staff and create a healthy corporate organizational culture.
