Gwangju Seo-gu, Open Recruitment for 'SNS Supporters' Until the 24th

Seo-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City (Mayor Kim Ikang) is publicly recruiting the 7th SNS Supporters until the 24th to revitalize online promotion through social networking services.

According to Seo-gu on the 14th, the number of recruits this time is within 20 people, and any citizen who can skillfully conduct on-site coverage and SNS and has affection and interest in Seo-gu can apply.

The activity period is one year from January to December next year, and rewards are given according to monthly performance, with opportunities for the mayor's commendation provided to outstanding participants.

The Seo-gu SNS Supporters have been active under the name "Seo-gu Friends" since 2018, and activists are selected annually through public recruitment.

The supporters serve as online promotional ambassadors delivering vivid information through on-site coverage of various fields such as Seo-gu’s events, festivals, and attractions from the residents' perspective.

In particular, this year, the supporters contributed to enhancing Seo-gu’s image by introducing the Spring and Autumn Healing Concerts, Yangdong Tongmaek Festival, and Seochang Silver Grass Festival with vivid photos, videos, and writings.

Meanwhile, Seo-gu operates eight SNS channels including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube, aiming to differentiate promotion with specialized videos and content.
