View original imageThe Busanjin-gu Volunteer Awards is an annual event held to express gratitude to volunteers who have worked for the community throughout the year and to promote volunteerism and the culture of sharing.
This year’s event was attended by about 400 volunteers and proceeded in the order of a pre-ceremony performance, introduction videos of volunteers and volunteer organizations, awards ceremony for outstanding volunteers, volunteer case presentations, and congratulatory performances.
At the event, students from the Nursing Department, Fire Safety Management Department, Emergency Medical Services Department, and Medical Skin Beauty Department of Dong-Eui Institute of Technology actively engaged in various volunteer activities linked to the 2023 Specialized College Innovation Support Project volunteer program. They have been actively interacting with the local community and working to spread the culture of sharing through volunteerism, for which they received a plaque of appreciation.
