The Win-Win Growth Index is published annually based on the comprehensive evaluation results of the Win-Win Growth Committee and the Fair Trade Commission’s evaluation of fair trade agreement compliance. It classifies the level of win-win growth of large corporations into five grades: Best, Excellent, Good, Average, and Poor.
Companies selected as Best receive benefits such as a two-year exemption from the Fair Trade Commission’s subcontracting authority investigation, additional points in the Public Procurement Service’s public bidding PQ (Pre-qualification), and preferential treatment when selected as exemplary taxpayers by the National Tax Service.
GS Construction has established the ‘Great Partnership Package’ to promote fair subcontracting trade practices and continuous win-win growth with its partner companies. It consists of four areas: establishment of fair trade order, financial support and competitiveness enhancement, and strengthening horizontal communication, operating effective systems in each category.
In particular, GS Construction repeatedly emphasizes safe site management with partner companies and supports this through initiatives such as the ‘Dedicated Safety Officer Placement Support’ system and ‘Advance Payment of Industrial Safety and Health Management Costs,’ striving to create a safe working environment.
The company has introduced a fair trade bidding system for subcontracting transactions to improve construction quality and safety, and operates direct and indirect financial support programs by establishing a management support fund worth 15 billion KRW annually and a win-win fund worth 30 billion KRW.
