Dong-gu, Gwangju Metropolitan City, will hold the 'Asia Food Culture District ChristmasⓝGwangju Light Festival' until January 28 next year.
The festival will begin with a lighting ceremony at 6 p.m. on the 13th, featuring ▲street tree lights decorating the night sky from Geumnam Park to the Wedding Street riverside ▲Christmas carols playing throughout various sections ▲Christmas tree decoration photo zones ▲and nighttime lighting at Seoseokgyo and Geumgyo bridges, illuminating the Asia Food Culture District with light and music.
During the upcoming Christmas period from the 22nd to the 24th, various Christmas events such as self-awards, solo parties, busking, and pop-ups utilizing vacant spaces await citizen participation.
