Gwangju Bank Personal Smart Banking 'Gwangju Wa(Wa) Bank' Launched
Gwangju Bank announced on the 13th that it has launched 'Gwangju Wa(Wa) Bank,' a revamped personal smart banking service to celebrate its 55th anniversary.
Emphasizing 'non-financial lifestyle services' rather than a complicated and rigid financial app, it is expected to garner positive responses by providing users with fun, government, and lifestyle benefits.
It incorporates fun elements such as local restaurants and travel attractions in Gwangju and Jeonnam, regional specialties, food delivery orders, overseas travel reservations, lifestyle insurance subscriptions, games, and daily horoscopes.
In particular, by linking food delivery orders with the Gwangju Sangsaeng Card, it enhances convenience by reducing users' information search time and costs.
It will also introduce 'health content' equipped with a pedometer function and health-related information.
Additionally, users can subscribe to lifestyle insurance they need but have not yet enrolled in, such as travel insurance or leisure insurance, along with insurance information linked to the app, expecting a twofold effect.
The 'main screen,' focused on personalization, is also noteworthy. Users can directly set frequently used accounts and cards, improving accessibility and usability.
It shows the status of assets held, financial schedules, credit scores, and consumption pattern analysis all at once, enabling efficient asset management.
