Pulmuone Food & Culture, a food service specialist company under Pulmuone, announced on the 13th that it has won the operating rights for five lounges at Incheon Airport.

View original imageThe Incheon Airport lounges newly acquired include three locations in Terminal 1 and two locations in Terminal 2. The two newly acquired lounges in Terminal 2 will undergo remodeling and are planned to open gradually starting next year. The Terminal 2 lounges are designed as eco-friendly spaces with menus, aiming to embody the beauty of traditional Korean aesthetics.
Pulmuone Food & Culture is focusing on expanding its concession (including rest areas) business and has successfully secured new operating rights for Incheon Airport lounges, Gongju Rest Area (both directions), and Deogyusan Rest Area gas station (both directions). Currently, the company operates 34 concession sites including food and beverage businesses at major channels such as Incheon Airport, Gimpo Airport, and resorts, and manages 25 rest areas nationwide including Gwangju, Yangpyeong, and Haman rest areas. This year, the company's concession business has recovered to pre-COVID-19 performance levels, with cumulative sales up 36.6% year-on-year through the third quarter, and profits increasing by 207.7%.
