Gwangyang City, Jeollanam-do announced that it will conduct an online survey for all citizens until the 19th to select the ‘Top 10 News of the Year’ that illuminated Gwangyang City and moved its citizens throughout this year.

The ‘Top 10 News’ survey is a vote on the major policies and current projects of Gwangyang City that resonated most with citizens this year. It was prepared to listen to citizens’ voices regarding city administration and to reflect them in policy formulation and the promotion of various initiatives.

The survey will be conducted for 12 days from December 8 to 19 targeting Gwangyang citizens. Participation is possible through the Gwangyang City Hall website (Citizen Participation → Survey) or via Naver Form (https://naver.me/II1IAEcI). The Naver Form can be accessed through Gwangyang City Hall’s KakaoStory, blog, Facebook, and other SNS channels.

In the survey, each person selects 5 out of the 20 news items previously chosen by the city. Based on the survey results, the city plans to select the 10 news items with the highest votes as the ‘Top 10 News of the Year.’

The city will announce the ‘Top 10 News of the Year’ on the 22nd through the city website and other channels based on the survey results, and will hold a photo exhibition related to the selected top 10 news items starting from the 27th at the first-floor lobby of City Hall.
