Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency Hosts 'Jeonnam Software Future Filling Festival'
Code Opening the Future of Jeonnam, Various SW·AI Education Experiences Under the Theme of SW Miraechaeum
The Jeonnam Information & Culture Industry Promotion Agency announced on the 7th that it will hold the "2023 Jeonnam Software (SW) Future Filling Festival" over two days from the 15th to the 16th.
This festival will be held under the theme "Code Opening the Future of Jeonnam, SW Future Filling."
At this event, the excellent achievements of the Jeonnam Software (SW) Future Filling Project will be promoted, and it will be operated as a festival that everyone can enjoy together to create an easy and fun SW·AI education ecosystem and expand opportunities for SW·AI education experiences.
The event consists of an opening ceremony, expert lectures and talk concerts in an interactive format including talks and Q&A sessions with various experts on the impact of SW·AI education on life, an SW·AI coding robot competition, an SW Future Filling family camp, SW·AI education exhibitions and experiences, and more.
In the SW·AI coding robot competition, teams composed of elementary school students from Naju will perform robot missions and implement projects. The competition will evaluate robot games and robot design based on the theme of exploring the energy journey covering energy consumption, storage, and distribution, selecting one grand prize team and two excellence award teams.
Additionally, various side events and activities such as the SW Future Filling family camp, exhibition booths for SW·AI educational tools, Jeonnam SW·AI education content experience booths, stamp tours, magic shows, and photo booths will be held.
