Vice Chairman Lee Young-gu started his career in 1987 at Lotte Chilsung's logistics planning team, moved to Lotte Group's Policy Headquarters Improvement Office in 1997, served as head of Lotte Chilsung's sales headquarters in 2009, and became CEO of Lotte Chilsung in 2017. In 2021, he served as head of Lotte Food BU, became CEO of Lotte Confectionery in 2022, and thereafter took on the role of CEO overseeing Lotte Group's food division.
