"Joint Effort to Promote High School Graduate Employment" ... Hana Bank and Korea Student Aid Foundation Sign Business Agreement
The Korea Student Aid Foundation (Chairman Bae Byeong-il) and Hana Bank (President Lee Seung-yeol) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) on the 5th at Hana Bank's headquarters in Seoul to promote job matching for high school graduates.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation operates the Central Employment Support Center established by the Ministry of Education to create fair growth paths for young high school graduates by discovering new jobs that reflect the aptitudes and capabilities of vocational high school students, and is engaged in promoting employment for high school graduates.
This MOU was signed to establish a cooperative system to activate employment for vocational high school students and to fulfill social responsibility as public institutions.

View original imageBoth organizations promised to strengthen cooperation so that vocational high school students can grow into customized talents, secure fair employment based on their abilities, and pioneer their career paths through the activation of employment and recruitment in the financial sector.
The Korea Student Aid Foundation plans to collaborate with the Ministry of Education and metropolitan/provincial offices of education to support the recruitment of outstanding personnel and to plan and operate job announcement guidance and career design projects targeting vocational high schools nationwide.
Hana Bank plans to discover demand for high school graduate recruitment, provide opportunities for career exploration, and promote the hiring of specialized high school talents.
Bae Byeong-il, Chairman of the Korea Student Aid Foundation, said, “Through cooperation with Hana Bank, the Korea Student Aid Foundation will contribute to realizing a fair society where abilities are recognized over academic background and will continue to strive to be a strong support for young high school graduates.”
