Hankook & Company announced that Ventura, a special purpose company (SPC) for the public tender offer by MBK Partners Special Situations, will conduct a public tender offer for Hankook & Company shares at 20,000 KRW per share from today until the 24th. If the tender offer succeeds, MBK will take the lead and have the authority to appoint the majority of the board members and the CEO at Hankook & Company’s board of directors.
