This program was designed as a vocational training course to help students develop qualifications and job aptitude necessary for airline employment, including ▲emergency equipment inspection ▲tour of cabin crew training facilities ▲practical training in T'way Air's flight control room ▲aptitude and personality tests for airline employment ▲special lectures on airline interviews.
It is significant that the program was conducted as an industry-academic cooperative job training program where students and industry directly interacted based on T'way Air's corporate needs, and that participating students experienced hands-on job training at the flight crew training center.
