Incheon Office of Education Reaches Agreement on Education Innovation District Annex with 7 Local Governments Including Michuhol-gu and Namdong-gu
Incheon Metropolitan Office of Education announced on the 5th that it has signed the '2024 Education Innovation District Supplemental Agreement' with seven local governments including Gyeyang-gu, Namdong-gu, and Michuhol-gu.
The Education Innovation District is a core project for revitalizing the Incheon Village Education Community. To maintain stable and continuous administrative and financial cooperation, the Office of Education and local governments sign a supplemental agreement annually based on a five-year business agreement.
The Office of Education and the seven local governments focus on operating public-private-academic governance, running village-linked curricula, and supporting village schools through the Education Innovation District agreement, while also operating region-specific projects for each district.
