HanmiGlobal-WarmCompanion, Support Advanced Assistive Devices for Disabled Youth
HanmiGlobal announced on the 3rd that it held a ceremony to deliver advanced assistive devices to help young people with disabilities realize their dreams and grow into leaders in society, in collaboration with the social welfare foundation Ddaddeuthan Donghaeng.

View original imageDdaddeuthan Donghaeng has been supporting young people with disabilities with personalized advanced assistive devices for 14 years, sponsored by HanmiGlobal. So far, a total of 512 young people with disabilities have received advanced assistive devices.
This year, applicants were recruited through a public announcement in March, and 10 people were selected through a final screening. At the event, Ddaddeuthan Donghaeng delivered electric wheelchairs, braille information terminals, smart gloves, prosthetic legs, eye mice, prosthetic eyes, and sports wheelchairs according to the type of disability to students from the University of Wisconsin, KAIST, Seoul National University, Hanyang University, Myongji University, Kongju National University, Korea Open Cyber University, Hwaam Middle School, National Seoul School for the Blind, and a racing athlete with cerebral palsy.
