Lotte Hotel & Resort Sells Cake Expressing 'Christmas in a Fairy Tale'

Lotte Hotel & Resort announced on the 30th that it will showcase the 2023 Christmas cakes that will brighten the Christmas atmosphere at Lotte Hotel Seoul, World, Jeju, and Busan ahead of Christmas.
Lotte Hotel's Christmas cakes are created every year with a fairy tale Christmas concept, creating a romantic atmosphere.
At Delica Hans in Lotte Hotel Seoul and World, you can find the ‘Bear House’ (150,000 KRW), which depicts a family of three bears gathered cozily in front of a house using chocolate sponge, hazelnut paste, and sable biscuits; the ‘X-mas House’ (90,000 KRW), designed as a snowy village from a fairy tale using dark chocolate and cream cheese; and the ‘Noel Cake’ (75,000 KRW), which contains white chocolate lime mousse and raspberry jelly. Exclusively at Lotte Hotel Seoul Delica Hans, the ‘Tree Tree’ (130,000 KRW), shaped like a white tree made of white chocolate and cream, is also available.
At Delica Hans in Lotte Hotel Jeju, the ‘Mascarpone Cheese Cake’ (80,000 KRW), inspired by Christmas tree ornaments and made with mascarpone cheese and cocoa powder, is also prepared.
Delica Hans at Lotte Hotel Busan offers the ‘Igloo Cake’ (70,000 KRW), featuring an igloo in a snowy field and a snow-covered Christmas tree. This cake, loved by children, uses premium ingredients such as vanilla, raspberry, and hazelnut to provide a healthy sweetness.
