LH Gwangju Jeonnam Begins Move-in for 120 Rental Housing Units at Yeongam Haksan
LH Korea Land and Housing Corporation Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters (Head Kim Jae-kyung) will begin move-in for 120 units of Yeongam Haksan rental housing starting from the 30th.

According to the Gwangju Jeonnam Regional Headquarters on that day, the Yeongam Haksan rental housing to be occupied this time is located at 1266-2 Dokcheon-ri, Haksan-myeon, Yeongam-gun, and is a mixed complex consisting of 18 Happy Housing units (16㎡, 36㎡, 46㎡), 82 National Rental units (29㎡, 33㎡, 46㎡), and 20 Permanent Rental units (26㎡).
Happy Housing is primarily supplied to youth, newlyweds, and the elderly, while National Rental housing is provided as affordable rental housing at 60-80% of the surrounding market price to non-homeowners who meet income and asset requirements.
Permanent Rental housing is supplied at about 30% of the market price to vulnerable groups such as basic livelihood security recipients and national merit recipients to ensure housing stability.
Regarding the features by type, Permanent Rental units are equipped with wall-mounted air conditioners inside the units to provide residents with a comfortable living environment.
The Happy Housing youth supply type provides built-in appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, and gas cooktops to support the housing needs of the youth demographic.
Near Yeongam Haksan rental housing, there are various educational institutions ranging from elementary schools to universities, offering an excellent educational environment. Additionally, there are many convenience facilities nearby, including traditional markets, hospitals, administrative welfare centers, police stations, and public libraries, making the residential conditions excellent.
