Seven Eleven was highly evaluated for its efforts to spread the culture of win-win growth, improve systems, and expand welfare through win-win cooperation activities with franchise stores and various support activities tailored to the characteristics of its partners. In particular, it achieved excellent results in areas such as contribution to national economic development through win-win cooperation, performance in win-win cooperation projects, and the implementation of the payment linkage system for supplied goods.
Seven Eleven is focusing on efforts to improve various systems and expand welfare through regular ‘Win-Win Cooperation Committee’ meetings. To resolve disputes autonomously between the headquarters and franchise stores, it launched the Autonomous Adjustment Committee in 2014 and has maintained stable operations since then. It also continues support projects such as improving franchise store operating environments and subscribing to insurance to enhance worker safety and working conditions.
